OWI donated wheelchairs to Davao City Government

Mayor Rodrigo Duterte checks one of more than 30 wheelchairs donated by California-based Yolanda Ortega Stern of ONE WORLD INSTITUTE at the Davao City Police Office compound yesterday. The wheelchairs are intended for the elderly who want to roam around the People's Park.
