Your Royal Highness and Mr. Haklim Heng,

We are so happy the 550 wheelchairs have arrived in your wonderful Cambodia. Our great respects and greetings to you from San Francisco, California.

These wheelchairs are for poor people who need them. You decide who should receive a wheelchair. We can send more in the future.

First, the wheelchairs must be assembled. We will send you instructions. Also, please let us know what money we pay for the truck from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh.

My wife, Yolanda Ortega Stern, and I will come to Cambodia to teach a group of workers to assemble the chairs. The work is not complicated.

We will also bring a gift for Her Highness from San Francisco, and for HRH King Sihamoni.
