KAPATIRAN PARA SA KINABUKASAN FOUNDATION, INCORPORATED

JOAN MADARANG RECIPIENT OF THE WHEELCHAIR

Joan Madarang a six year old girl was diagnosed cerebral palsy, a neurodegenerative disorder last March 7, 2008. She is the recipient of the wheelchair you gave us. Her family resides at # 82 Sinagtala, Bahay Toro, Quezon City, a poor community located at the heart of the first district of this city.

Through a simple ceremony held last March 7, 2009 the wheel chair was given to her by our foundation. Her family and their neighbors are very happy and very thankful for it will make the life of Joan easier to move around their neighborhood.

By this, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for allowing our foundation to be an instrument in providing assistance to our indigent countrymen.

We are looking forward for a good partnership in the future in helping the underprivileged.
