 Dear Drs. Stern:

 Let me take your time to hear our expression of deep and sincerest thanks for the 50 wheelchairs that One World Institute donated to the people of Baras, Rizal who are handicapped and unable to ambulate.  These wheelchairs were distributed by our Foundation and the Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church.

 Rules that governed wheelchairs distributions are:

·         Recipients should be present at the distribution site.  If unable, the Barangay captains and family members will sign for the chairs and deliver them to the recipients. Picture of the wheelchairs with the recipients will be taken for our file and One World Institute.

·         Recipients will take good care of the wheelchairs.  If not needed anymore, these wheelchairs will be returned to the Foundation and will be transferred to other people in need.

 On February 20th, 2011 the wheelchairs were blessed by the Parish Priest, Fr. R. Hilario, and distributed to the recipients with a short program and signing photo ops.  Attached are some pictures taken ( more pictures on Bert Golla facebook site ).  We highly appreciated the presence of Ms. Rosario Yu who came a long way that Sunday to witness the distribution of wheelchairs at the church site.

 You and One World Institute are a great blessing to mankind.  Thank you.
